Delete your DealMamba account

This page explains how to request deletion of your DealMamba account (Android app com.dealmamba.android and the dealmamba.com website) and which data is deleted.

From the Android app

Open DealMamba and go to Profile.
Tap Manage account: your account page opens.
Scroll to Delete account.
Confirm by entering your password and ticking the confirmation box.

From the website

Sign in at dealmamba.com.
Open your account menu and choose Manage account.
Scroll to Delete account and confirm with your password.

If you can't sign in

Email support@dealmamba.com from the address you registered with, asking for your account to be deleted. We action it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your alerts and their results	Deleted immediately
Push notification token (FCM) and registered devices	Deleted immediately
Telegram link	Deleted immediately
Active subscription (Pro or Sniper)	Cancelled automatically: no further charges

Deletion is immediate and permanent: the account cannot be recovered and there is no grace period.

What is retained, and for how long

Payment invoices and receipts: retained by our payment provider (Paddle) for as long as tax and accounting law requires. We cannot delete them sooner — it is a legal obligation, not our choice.
Technical logs and backups: may contain residual references for up to 30 days, after which they are overwritten by rotation.
